When you purchase a tool, you receive a licence to use it — you don't own the software itself. The code, design, and all related assets remain the intellectual property of Jon Hanlan. You can't claim ownership of any tool or its components.
Use the tool on the number of machines your licence covers. Use it for personal and commercial projects. Keep it forever — your licence doesn't expire.
Don't distribute, copy, share, resell, or sublicence any tool. Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the code. Don't remove or alter any licence checks, activation mechanisms, or copyright notices. One licence per machine — don't share a single licence key across multiple machines simultaneously.
The tools are provided "as is." While I do my best to make sure everything works reliably, I can't guarantee the tools will be error-free in every environment. I'm not liable for data loss, project corruption, or any other damages arising from the use of the tools. Always save your work.
This agreement may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tools after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email or on this page.
If you violate this agreement, your licence can be terminated. Upon termination, you must stop using the tool and remove it from your machines. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and the refund policy.
